The esteemed music producer, Kulstarr, is launching his new independent label, Live Proud Records, with its first official offering, "Reckonize," which features Ajaypal Aulakh.
"Reckonize" is more than just a new single; it signifies the commencement of a long-term aspiration to establish a platform for original music, genuine narratives, and emerging talent within the UK Punjabi music scene and beyond. Accompanied by a cinematic visual, "Reckonize" draws inspiration from a pivotal period in Kulstarr's life. Developed during the lockdown, the project reflects a time that redefined his creative path and laid the groundwork for what would eventually become Live Proud Records.
Kulstarr shared his thoughts on the release, stating, "Live Proud Records has been a culmination of years of effort. This endeavor is not about pursuing fleeting trends or immediate success. It is about crafting music that resonates, fostering opportunities for artists, and remaining steadfast to our vision. 'Reckonize' represents the initial chapter, with much more to anticipate."
Having dedicated years to music production, recording, mixing, and visual storytelling, Kulstarr views Live Proud Records as the subsequent progression in uniting music, visuals, and artist development under a single umbrella.
Following the release of "Reckonize," Live Proud Records intends to introduce a series of original projects, in addition to future collaborations, live performances, and new releases.
"Reckonize" by Kulstarr, featuring Ajaypal Aulakh, will be accessible on all prominent streaming platforms starting July 10, 2026.
