After dedicating her first single Khabida to Grammy and Academy award winning musician AR Rahman, rising music star ‘Priti Menon’ is set to release her next single with AMA nominee Kishan Amin.

After her follow up to the super smash hit duet with Arjun, Teri Meri (Remix), which has so far registered over 1.7 million hits on YouTube, Priti is now looking at collaborating with different artists and producers.

Priti’s latest creation is a love song titled “Maan lu”, which translates as 'I accept you'. It is a love duet revolving around the euphoria of finding ones soul-mate. Every person who has been in love will instantly relate to the lyrics. Even those still aloof will want to fall in love after listening to this track – that’s how wonderfully the lyricist Sunil Sirvaiya has penned the verses.

“My last single, Khabida, has been widely appreciated for its classical flavor, which is still quite uncommon in the UK. With a desire to offer something unique again, I teamed up with Rax for this single, which is a perfect blend emotive lyrics and contemporary musical arrangements. I’m hopeful that after “Maan lu”, audiences will recognize my vocal versatility.” said Priti

Already generating a lot of interest with music critics, DJs and fans, “Maan Lu” has been produced by Rax Timyr, who has previously worked with prominent artists such as Rishi Rich and Mumzy Stranger. The track will be available for purchase on iTunes.

Priti embarked upon her singing career at an early age of 15 and has delivered songs in English as well as various Indian languages such as Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali and Gujarati. Priti rose briskly to prominence upon winning the SaReGaMaPa’s Online Singing Contest held by Zee UK and subsequently started attracting coveted musical projects including playback for English-Tamil film ‘The Rajini Effect’.

Often referred to as the singing nightingale, the superb singer has been compared to A-list Bollywood vocalists Lata Mangeshkar and Shreya Ghoshal by leading critics. Big name such as Talvin Singh and Niraj Chag, who have created their own niche in the music industry have acknowledged Priti’s singing talent and expressed an interest in collaborating with her.
