Simplybhangra.com has teamed up with Slough’s growing local radio station, Asian Star, to bring you a live top ten bhangra chart.
The Simply Bhangra Chart Rundown will be presented by Zekra and broadcast live on Asian Star 101.6FM every Saturday from 9-10pm.
Zekra has interviewed some of the biggest names in the Asian entertainment industry as the former showbiz reporter for Eastern Eye newspaper and now hosts Asian Star’s popular feel-good Saturday night show The Grapevine between 7 and 10pm.
The brand new chart will bring Simply Bhangra viewers and Asian star listeners a countdown of their top ten favourite bhangra songs of the week as well as news updates on the artists.
Viewers and listeners can vote for their favourite songs to feature in the chart via the website or by calling into the studio live on 01753 421016 during the show.
