On December 4th, the organisers of the UKAMAs will be revealing their new ideas for an even more fantastic celebration of Asian music. Top London night spot Aura is the venue for the lavish VIP launch night which will be attended by a number of celebrities and music industry officials.

I was very impressed by the quality of the last event and we’re now well on the way to taking the UKAMA’s up to another level”.

Abs adds:  “2008 is going to be remembered as an enormous year for Asian music. Many artists have enjoyed great success with huge sales both here and abroad. British Asian sounds have featured in Bollywood movies and we’ve even had signings with the USA’s top labels. These are the kind of accomplishments that we want to celebrate; from industry veterans to fresh new unsigned talent”.

This year, we’re gearing up to give the UKAMA’s even more exposure thereby underlining our commitment to the growth of Asian Music Industry in Britain”.

hmmm these things again? rishi rich, jay sean what are the chances they will not be nominated lol, shame for simplybhangra no best website haha but on a serious note, why isnt there a best website?

sites like chakde y, [censored]box, [censored] hits, p2k, sb are the reasons why there is Best Video, Producer, Album, Newcomer, Urban Act?

If its not for sites like these who promote all this will there be categories to nominate?

we the audience should really support the above sites and get them to a best website category, without them who will promote them?

i am starting the web forum campaign to get best website category, so support the sites who bring this info to us and lets hope to get this category added.

we support them the bring us more stuff to debate about and enjoy, so yes or no for best website?
