SimplyBhangra.com is sad to report the passing of a Legendary Punjabi Singer Surinder Shinda who passed away at the age of 64, after a prolonged illness at a hospital in Ludhiana.

He had numerous hit songs including "Jatt Jeona Morh," "Putt Jattan De," "Truck Billiya," "Balbiro Bhabhi," and "Kaher Singh Di Mout". He has also appeared in Punjabi films such as Putt Jattan De and Ucha Dar Babe Nanak Da.

Another legend is gone, but his songs will stay with us forever. His music brought us altogether at every occasion , and we shall remember him. We thank you for your music

He has undoubtedly left a lasting legacy on Punjabi music across the world.

Our thoughts at this difficult time are with his immediate family.
