International Punjabi star Juggy D teams up with Asian rapping sensation The Truth to bring you “Okhe Pound” The song explores the issues that immigrants face when they come to the UK thinking that it’s an easy place to make money but on arrival discover the hard truths about life and that the streets are not paved with gold as many have been led to believe. Written by Gurjeet Singh, Juggy D &The Truth and produced by Mentor who has remixed various international stars including Missy Elliot and Craig David, this tracks promises to make people listen, think and talk.

Juggy D is widely regarded as one of the most influential Punjabi artists in the UK. He is the first Punjabi vocalist to make a dent in the UK’s mainstream and has featured on tracks by Britney Spears, Ricky Martin, Craig David, Mary J Blige, Jay Sean, Missy Elliot and Timbaland.
