Karan Aujla has launched his latest phase with “Ashke,” the striking lead single and opening piece of his five-track EP, Aujla SZN 1. The release pairs his familiar, sharp writing with a high-budget visual produced by the noted directors Agam Mann and Aseem Mann.

The core hook of "Ashke" rings deeply familiar. Karan and powerhouse producer Mxrci have brilliantly flipped and sampled the iconic vocal melody from Geeta Zaildar’s classic smash hit "Ashke."
