Centresonic Sounds hereby confirm that they are no longer taking any booking enquiries for Punjabi vocalist ‘Jaswinder Singh’ more commonly known as by his stage name of ‘Jaswinder Daghamia’.

Jaswinder Singh was allowed previously to perform in the UK legitimately under a visa and work permit. Centresonic Sounds have revoked both the work permit & visa due to a serious breach of contract by Jaswinder Singh.

Jaswinder Singh aka Jaswinder Daghamia is no longer available for bookings, and any shows booked will be reported to the UK Border Agency, as he is now officially an illegal immigrant.

Furthermore we would strongly advise against producers and musicians acquiring Jaswinder Daghamia vocals.

FURTHER STATEMENT

Firstly I would like to start that the action taken by centresonic sounds is not aimed to be malicious, revengeful or quite simply humorous. The reason why we have revoked Jaswinder Daghamia's Visa and Work Permit from him was simply down to serious breaches of his contract on numerous occasions. 

Jaswinder was on a work permit, employed for CentreSonic Sounds.  He was aware of the rules and regulations from the beginning of his contract. He was not granted a visa and work permit to the uk by the home office to act self employed or work with another company.

Once Jaswinder had made his decision not to stick to the Agreement with CentreSonic sounds, we had no choice but to end his employment with us.

This has also resulted in cancelling his visa. (Allowing Jaswinder to stay on a work permit under Centresonic Sounds, and not actually working for Centresonic sounds is breaking the LAW!)


To clear up a few things:


* Jaswinder selling vocals to other producers was beneficial to both the company and Jaswinder; his name would excel in different avenues and achieve more gigs, which meant more revenue for the company and Jaswinder.

* There is no denying that Jaswinder can sing, it is why we took the time and effort to promote him and build up his name, but what you have got to understand regardless of how much talent somebody has, if don’t comply with the terms and conditions that have been set from day 1, a working relationship can not be sustained.
