Fateh Singh is a constable in Punjab Police. Like a typical Punjab Police constable, he is a loud and yet loveable . He desperately wants a promotion due to which he ends up accepting an assignment which is not a part of his profile. He lands up in Canada hoping to complete his assignment quickly. However, his plans go for a ride when he is forced to work with an honest and disciplined officer from the Vancouver Police Department - Miss Singh. She believes in doing everything according to the law whereas he makes his own laws. She wants to focus on her job and on the other hand he has his own hidden agenda. So the sparks begin to fly as these two buckle up for the ride of a lifetime!!

The producers have expressed their interest in making a sequel of the film, which after Yaaran Naal Bahaaran, will be the second Punjabi film to have a sequel. The film is a sequel to the 2012 film Jatt & Juliet and has a projected release date of June 28, 2013.

The movie also becomes the first Punjabi film whose remake rights have been bought by Bollywood for a Hindi remake! Himesh Reshammiya's company has bought the remake rights which will be made in Hindi with a big bollywood star and directed by Jatt and Juliet director Anurag Singh as well.
