In my opinion, the young boy in that video is a beginner, learning to play dhol and isn't ready to play publicly. You probably practiced for years before you played your instrument in front of an audience, yes? The same applies for singing. Please take this as constructive feedback and practice singing for as long as you practiced your instrument if you wish to make an impact on this music scene.
