UK born Asian singer/songwriter Asha Jassal has made it her mission to capture the attention and hearts of people all around the world with her latest song - Asha for Peace. Her talent for singing and song writing from only eight years of age helped launch her music career seven years ago with her debut album YOURS TRULY.

Asha’s love and passion for people has involved her in many charitable events and her focus has always been on issues and events that affect everyday life. She now takes on world peace.
Asha joined the World Peace Project after hearing about a peace album that was being compiled by a leading international label in the UK. She was supported by friend and leading Bollywood dance choreographer Jay Kumar, who introduced her to renowned music producer Jayanta Pathak.
“Asha for Peace”, a moving faith song, written by Asha, has thought-provoking lyrics in English and Hindi about peace, trust, faith, humanity and hope for the children of tomorrow.

Combined with Asha's strong passionate vocals, the song has the potential to become a massive hit in the UK, India and even worldwide with its heartfelt message to make the world a better place.
Asha’s moving and breathtaking video to go with the song focuses on children from the Nirvana School, Pondicherry, South India (www.NirvanaSchool.org).

The video highlights the innocence of the children as they go about their daily lives, and as they pray for a better tomorrow.

Asha’s campaign for peace continues to grow with her live performances in the UK and she plans to take her message soon to other countries.

Her song will be available soon online and from music stores, the song will air on various radio networks and the video will be transmitted on music channels in the UK and internationally.
