D12 - NEW UK DATES RELEASED - SHOW TO FEATURE EXCLUSIVE MATERIAL FROM NEW STUDIO ALBUM, EXEC PRODUCED BY EMINEM.

                        2nd April  Dublin, Tripod,

                        3rd April  London, Islington Academy  

D12 return to the UK after a 5 year absence in advance of recording their new studio album, which will have Executive Producer Eminem at the helm. 

Having built a phenomenal global fanbase with their 2001 release, ‘Devil's Night’ and follow up from 2004, ‘D12 World’, the mixtape ‘Return of the Dozen Volume 1’ was made available online in the summer of 2008, and has already had over 167,000 downloads, over 400,000 listens, and features King Gordy, Royce da 5' 9’, Rod Dae, Monica Blaire and others. Videos of their four Top 5 hits are still regular viewing on the UK urban music channels.   

Tickets for the dates have been selling fast as their extensive & loyal fanbase eagerly await their long overdue return to these shores. These dates are part of a more extensive tour taking in Dublin, Vienna, Zurich, Cologne, Berlin, Copenhagen and Amsterdam.

UK tour support comes from Royce Da 5' 9’, fresh from releasing his mixtape, Bar Exam 2 in the autumn of 2008, and currently enjoying heavy UK DJ support for his latest release ‘Shake This’ from the album ‘Street Hop’ out on One Records this year. Royce needs no introduction to to the UK public having build up a strong following over the years with albums ‘Rock City’,‘Death is Certain’ and ‘Independent's Day’. 

Further support comes from Canadian artist Classified. Having worked the home scene for nearly 10 years, and operating with his own Half Life Records label, extensive touring and a prolific back catalogue has given Class a huge following in Canada as well as international reconginition. With a Much Music Video Award in 2005 for his single ‘No Mistakes’, he is generally regarded as one of Canada's top hiphop artists, inevitably leading to his signing with Sony Records.  Look out for the new single ‘Anybody Listening’, from the album ‘Self Explanatory’ hitting the UK shortly.
