For the most part, the vocalist can select which lyrics he wants, there is the occasional time where producers/label s require them to sing a certain song, but I think Mattu is not selecting the best songs for his voice. Kaun Nee Janda & Captain Bhangre Da...Only 2 memorable tracks he's voice IMO...not too fond of this one either
