Jatts in Golmaal is an out and out Punjabi comedy film releasing worldwide on the 24th May, 2013.

The film is directed by Ksshitij Chaudhary and stars Aarya Babbar, Sameksha, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Binnu Dhillon, Jaswinder Bhalla, BN Sharma, Karamjit Anmol, Sardar Sohi, Harpreet Johal and many more. The story, screenplay and dialogues have been given by Naresh Kathooria (Carry on Jatta Fame).

The music has been given by Jatinder Shah (Mirza, Jatt and Juliet, Singh v/s Kaur, Carry on Jatta fame) and the lyrics are by Raj Kakra and Veet Baljit. The film is releasing under the banner of HM Music and has been produced by Manmohan Singh Jandu, Harveen Singh, Harpreet singh, Jasbir Singh and co-produced by Lovely Group and Ranbir SIngh Atwal.

The film portrays the story of the protagonist (Aarya Babbar) wanting to go to Canada by hook or crook and all the confusion and comedy of errors that evolves during his journey. The audience will see Jaswinder Bhalla playing a very interesting character which will take audience by surprise. Also, it will be a revelation to see Binnu Dhillon, Gurpreet Ghuggi and BN Sharma playing unique and funny characters.

Binnu Dhillon plays a gang leader who has a heart problem. The doctor recommends him to get a new heart transplant. Unable to find any healthy donor in his gang, due to some sort of a drinking or drug abuse problem with each member of his gang, he convinces the character played by Arya Babbar, the protagonist of the film, for heart donation. Arya Babbar is in the need of money to go to Canada. He is a simpleton and somewhat dumb and therefore do not understand that he will die without the heart. Binnu is behind Aarya's heart and Aarya's uncle (Jaswinder Bhalla) and his friend Gurpreet Ghuggi, trying to save his heart.

One can expect a guaranteed high quality humor from the Carry On Jatta team, which will force the audience to jump on their seats.

The songs have been sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Mika, Sukhwinder Singh, Roshan Prince and Sunidhi Chauhan. Also, Veena Malik will be seen in a Punjabi song for the first time, which will surely be a treat for the eyes. The music is going to be the most lilting one in the recent times.

This entire GOLMAAL will surely take the audience on an extremely funny joy ride, which has never been witnessed in the Punjabi cinema till date. The viewers have seen several GOLMAALs, but this is the first time that they will witness the Punjabi Golmaal. The movie is going to be a Paisa Vasool family entertainer.

Wow, youve skimmed over the point completely...fair enough youve been a farmer/ jatt in the past...but you dont do it now...so does that mean your now part of a different caste as you have a different occupation?

And yes Sikhi does teach equality, but if we dont move away from the social divides of caste, then we arent practicing what we preach!

come on u say yuor jatt when you hear a tune about jatts like putt jattan de dont u get a buzz be honest dont u feel pump your lieing if u say u dont lol

Me myself No, i am NOT a farmer, but yes i do come from a farming/ jatt lineage.

You need to understand that this hyping about forefather occupation is bullshit and is diving the community. Back in the days hyping about being Jatt meant that you were showing you had land, a good diet and strength. These days Punjab is the wasteland of india, theres not exactly a great genepool there!!!

well it look s like its going to be a good movie thing is have done farming back home in punjab so i can say im jatt you guys who have not well end of the day sikhi teaches equaity

I can understand songs where they talk about farming related things such as 'putt jattan de balaunde bakrey' because obviously it would be farmers doing that. BUT when they have stupid songs/ movies about nothing to do with farming, and they stick Jatt in there just do hype up the community and get people through the door/ listening to their songs...thats just pointless and should be stopped.
We as Sikhs should move above and beyond these social divides as in the 21st century a 'Jatt' could quite easily be a cleaner/ builder/ policeman etc.
How would you feel if Doctors had their own caste, lawyers had their own caste, teacher had their own etc? Look how stupid that sounds...well thats the same mentality your following (no offence meant, just my humble opinion)

Another movie about Jatts doing something or another... is there anything these 'jatts' in india dont do? From what i understand a Jatt is a farmer, have any of there movies got anything to do with farming? No. Then why the stupid names. Talk about overkill!
