they r recommending homegrown, collaborations 2, aao saare nachiye, & more... plus they are all under top sellers

i got both the albums in store both are displayed next to each other (new release shelf) and just as easy to find... so i guess both pbn & ss got the same exposure

both are great albums different styles
pbn more of a party album though... luv it

PBN is worth buying. As is Collaborations. Different albums entirely but good.

Avi - you can\'t argue with statistical data but can with a prat like you. PBN released a day earlier than SS and plus, this is simply not representative and wouldn\'t stand a test for robustness.

Is PBN giving you pleasant delights around the back?

Just as I thought PBN = Number 1 enough said. Sukhsinder Shinda = 2. :cheer:
You can\'t argue with statistical data :D

I agree with Rupert he is talking sense. SB not been connected to a retail store who are showing sales gave it much more cred as a site than now been connected to one.

Your own charts are unique to your site and dont reflect what a bhangra cd distributor may say..... you should keep your own.
We are merely giving the readers an insight to what is top ten in sales. Look at their top 10 and ours. H Dhami, Reloaded are definitely not one that I would listen to again apart from the odd tracks from the Reloaded album. Regarding Bonafide, the two songs that many rate are Jinx written all over them.

This is purely to reflect what people are buying and listening and for you to comment and see if what is being said will reflect in the next sales chart.

And if you want to email us what is selling where you are, than please do.

[quote=Rupert Murdoc]THis chart is a bit silly considering it shows sales from southall only and does not represent the uk. The fact you are allowing a Indian Record store to give you sales figures is amazing. I dont think people have learnt how innacurate and misleading they are. This will just lead to even more confusion and allow for more corrupted information in the media. Im sure simply bhangra has done this for some exchange in advertising, money or perks. You were doing fine and this just o[censored]s doors for more corruption. Actually a downside to your site now.

See, I would agree with you on the basis that the Bhangra industry and figures don\'t really go well together.

However ABC Music Shop is not only a shop. It has a massive online store and it also distributes albums for many artists, so they KNOW what is selling, not only in store but across the spectrum.

We know that no figures in the industry will never ever be reliable and accurate..but we thought it would be intresting to put across a rough idea of what is actually selling on the streets.

And just to let you know, we\'re not getting paid for this or any other perks.
