After the huge success of “Braveheart” which consisted of hits like “Fight” by K.S.Makhan ,”Koka” by the late Kaka Bhaniawala, “Jatt” by Angrej Ali to name but a few; Surinder Sangha is now rapidly becoming a recognised producer and lyricist.

Surinder Sangha has returned to the forefront with “Braveheart 2 Dabka”, which is a perfect illustration of Sangha’s multi-talent.

As well as having mammoth names such as K.S.Makhan, Sangha has taken on a courageous step of introducing a fresh and versatile talented singer, who goes by the name of Amar Singh.

Through this album Surinder Sangha tries to create an awareness and has touched issues such as alcoholism and female genocide.

Surinder Sangha was born and raised in the village of Kapur in Punjab, India and migrated to England a few years ago and is now settled in West Midlands.

Surinder Sangha, a lyricist, music producer and video director entered the UK Bhangra industry and gained his fame with his debut album entitled “Braveheart” in 2009. “Braveheart” delivered the mega hit songs “Fight” by K.S.Makhan, “Jatt” by Angrej Ali and “Koka” by the Late Kaka Bhaniawala, to name but a few which gained enormous popularity. As a writer he is equally influenced by Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi poets. Sangha has been writing since childhood and several of his lyrics have been recorded so far.

Surinder introduced Amar into the industry during the summer of 2011 with a track entitled “A Tribute” to all the victims of the UK Riots which took place in August.

As Surinder has been writing for the past decade, the writer within him has grown and matured enough to experiment and attempt something new. “Braveheart 2 Dabka” is unique and very different from today’s Bhangra scene; “Sharam Karo Punjabio” is a perfect example of this. Through this album Surinder Sangha tries to create an awareness and has touched issues such as alcoholism and female genocide.

I promise to entertain you once again with new songs, fresh music and newly talented singers. First of all I would like to thank you all for showing your love and support for “Braveheart”. Your enormous response has encouraged me to produce “Braveheart 2 Dabka”. In this album I'm presenting K.S.Makhan once again, but in a different style to his usual songs.

I'm also introducing a fresh and very talented singer who goes by the name of Amar Singh. This album consists of a variety of songs from Bhangra to romantic, to sad. As well as this, there is a track which creates awareness associating with social issues. Although Punjabi’s are brave, there are however some weaknesses that we have, and I have outlined these in this album.”
