The musical expedition began just over a decade ago, when Jas & Parv started as DJ's in the entertainment industry who now get ready to release their track 'Lado' featuring Jaswinder Daghamia.

Jas started his journey learning to play the dholak at the age of 15 and went on to playing for groups as an approach to understanding music. He then went on to undertaking some basic vocal training purely on the basis of being able to create melodies and ideas which could one day be formed into something more. Jas's inate ability to create melodies and direct recording of live instrumentation is an element which brings the Jas & Parv sound together in a big way. As a meer guide and test, Nuchna was created which was later formed into Jas's first solo attempt at laying vocals on a track.

Parv began to DJ just over 10 years ago, although the interest in manifesting musical pieces began way before that, the ideas and the passion were always an underlying element in Parv's ability. Parv began basic programming of beats and percussion for use during DJ sets which later went on to experimenting something alot bigger... He then started learning ‘Vaja’ and Western Keyboards to take his understanding a step further. After then shadowing mentor ‘Sunil Kalyan’ for over 2 years Parv had gathered all the tools and skills necessary to begin production on his first attempt. Jas & Parv gathered ideas and put them into tangible musical peices by working with writers to create concepts and melodies, before further approaching renowned artists to create stunning vocals.

After trial and error, fine tuning and careful crafting, the project had started to come together. With well over 3 years of development the album houses a very 'live' sound, with all instrumentation being directed and recorded individually for each track... hence the title… 'acoustic'

The album features an array of top class vocalists such as Nirmal Sidhu, Miss Pooja, Jaswinder Daghamia, Jelly Manjitpuri, Ashok Gill & many more…

Although this project may be complete, for us, its just the beginning.
