'Parnaam Shaheedan Nu' is a project that was brought together by TS Designs that includes producer XS Bass and UK Vocalist Foji Gill - Watch the video here. The single is from the album 'Immortal Memories' by XS Bass - Which is out now on iTunes.

This Album is a journey of immortal memories for all the years of injustice for the Sikh families and those 'defender of the faith' that have been named martyrs in the history of our lifetime. The Single 'Parnaam Shaheedan Nu' is a humble salute to all the martyrs and defenders of our faith -- The Khalsa Panth.

The song has been skillfully written by Rai Raj and sung By Foji Gill endorsing the charity Khalsa Aid. The project was bought together by TS Designs while in talks with Harj of XS-BASS regarding the album where a song was required to reflect the work of Khalsa Aid and TS Designs recent charity mission to Punjab.

The concept would be a charity song which would help raise awareness and money to support the Shaheed families in suffering lost family members from 1984. A connection was then made to find UK punjabi vocalist to lead the song, after talks with Foji who straight away decided the title and chorus the song was born. The skill full production by Harj, the meaningful vocals from foji, the inspired direction from TS Designs mixed with Sikh history was the perfect blend to remember the martyrs that lost their lives to defend the faith.

Quoting Realist.:
Respect to Foji for doing the seva but his vocals dont seem right...im buying the single just because its for khalsa aid but i dont think ill ever listen to it.

I feel bad criticising someone whos doing seva, but it has to said, Foji is not a good vocalist..the videos, production and thought process behind all his music is great...unfortunately he's just another one of the uk born artists who doesnt have the vocal abiliy to be a punjabi singer (in my opinion)

True said.

Therefore i'll pass this time and won't comment the vocals.

I liked the sardar look of Foji and the video as well. Hope they get all the charity they can get.

God bless!
